Initiate Your Request
Log into your Zellerfeld account and visit the 'Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange for a different fit.
Prepare the Package
Place the footwear in its original sustainable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoes are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return box.
Drop Off and Processing
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our facility, our team will inspect the item and process your refund or reprint within 7-10 business days.
